Rooibos Aspalat prosty Rooibos Τσάι Aspalathus linearis

Rooibos tea, also called red bush tea, is a herbal tea derived from the leaves of the rooibos plant. Rooibos produces the distinctive reddish-brown colour with a fruity, sweet and mild taste full of healthy antioxidants. Great with lemon and honey. 

Rooibos tea:

Put 1 teaspoon of rooibos into a cup and fill with boiling water. Let the tea brew for 5 minutes.  Add honey and/or lemon, if desired.
