  • We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
  • For the same day dispatch orders need to be placed by 11 am.
  • Orders placed after 11 am and over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
  • We offer free delivery service by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow 3 to 5 working days in current situation to receive your purchase.
  • We offer additional tracked service:
    • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days) - add at checkout for just 99p
    • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days)
  • Working days are Monday to Friday only and do not include Bank Holidays.
  • For international orders: All orders are send by Royal Mail International Tracked Service.
  • Europe: delivery aims 3 to 5 working days
  • USA & Canada: delivery aims 5 to 7 working days
  • Rest of the World: delivery aims 5 to 10 working days
