This immune-system booster makes echinacea one of the most important herbs of our times. It is used as a preventive as well as a curative. Though potent and strong it is safe to use for children, the eldery, and everyone in between. 

Echinacea tea:

Place echinacea herb in a teacup. Bring water to a boil and then let sit for a minute to reduce the temperature just slightly. Pur water over the herb. Let the tea steep for as long as desired.
